Email order@avantassessment.com to obtain an order form (Excel file).
Fill out and email back the order form with a PO number or call 888-718-7887 to pay with a credit card.
The STAMP is billed per test taken.

How to Order a ClassPak, the Web-based instructional tool. (ClassPak Pricing)

ClassPak is billed per yearly teacher subscription

How to Order Headsets (Headset Pricing)

Download Headset Order Form (PDF)
Fill out the Headset Order Form and return via fax to 541-338-7127.
Headsets are guaranteed 30-days from delivery.
