Support & Training Overview

Avant Assessment provides a variety of support and training tools to ensure a successful assessment experience for you and your foreign language students.

Before the Testing Period (preferably a month or more)

Read through the Guides in the Documents section
Get Microphone Headsets
Run the Diagnostic Wizard on all testing/student computers
Spend time with the Tutorials
Take the Practice Test
Submit your Order Form to receive your Test Codes

During the Week of the Test

Distribute (and review with students) the Student Guide (if not already reviewed)
Confirm receipt of all Test Codes and login information
Confirm that no other heavy-bandwidth events are scheduled at your facility
On the day of the test, follow the proctoring instructions in the Admin Guide

After You Test

Log into the report Web-site when the students have completed testing to see the results for your class or group (set the range of dates when you tested to get accurate results)
