BANDWIDTH

My bandwidth reading recommends a number less than the number in my class.

Test at a time when there are fewer students or teachers on the network.
Keep users off of bandwidth-devouring programs including music or video-streaming
Check for traffic-shaping software at the school or district level
Stagger student start times

CODES

I am not sure I have the correct student or teacher report code or password.

Students take the test at www.stamptest.net under Student Login
Teachers look at reports at www.stamptest.net under Report Login
The passwords are alphanumeric. Check to see of the "0" is a zero

How do I take the STAMP practice test?

Go to www.stamptest.net
Click on Practice Test

HEADSETS

I don't think my headset is working right.

On PCs go to the control panel, sounds and audio devices and check levels
Go to programs, accessories, entertainment, sound recorder and try recording
On Macs go to system preferences, sound, and check input and output and levels

My student can't login… OR … My student logged back in and had to start over.

Be sure that they have the correct code, password and Web page.
If student IDs are not required by the school, the students may use any number.
If it is their second time, perhaps they are typing their name differently--check spaces
Teachers can use their codes in the Reporting are of www.stamptest.net to see how the students logged in

REPORTS

I can't access my students' scores.

Go to the report page at www.stamptest.net
Use the teacher report code and password. The passwords are alphanumeric.
Set the dates at the top of the screen to include the test window.

I need special billing for my school or district.
