Effective standards-based proficiency assessment can incentivize learners by providing access to Seals of Biliteracy and college credit (STAMP is recommended by the American Council on Education for college credit).
Professional Learning training that supports the effective analysis and use of testing data to improve learner outcomes, and training tools that increase the operational knowledge of the proficiency standards will improve teaching and learning for the ATDLE conference attendees and consulting clients of ATDLE (Designees).

The purchase of 20 or more tests will receive the deepest discount price of $19.90 per test (the discount price that Avant offers for 500 or more tests).
Includes tests based on national and California State proficiency standards for World Language. Tests available at a discount include:
- Spanish Monolingual for Spanish-speaking students.
- STAMP 4S Spanish for Spanish/English bilingual students ages 13+.
- STAMP 4S and 4Se English
- All other languages in STAMP 4S, STAMP 4Se, and STAMP WS.
Tests must be proctored either with AvantProctor remote proctoring service for an additional $20 per student, or by a school educator who has taken and passed the free Avant Educator onsite Proctor Certification Program. AvantProctor is not available for students under 13 years of age.
