Score Review Request

Please Note: The fact that a student was proctored is not enough evidence to overturn a “Test Agreement Violation” score.

As of July 1, 2026, each review is $75 per test. If you submit more requests than originally quoted, we will only evaluate those purchased.

Reviews will begin when all requested details have been provided. You will receive a Review Summary within 25 business days. This summary will be provided via a secure link, sent to the email provided on the form. This link will expire 30 days from the time you receive it. Please download your review summaries promptly. We will not be able to resend expired links.
