Houston Independent School District has partnered with Avant Assessment to provide language proficiency assessment for LOTE teachers for the purposes of obtaining data for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program.
The Beginning of Year (BOY) testing window is scheduled for September 14 – 25, 2026, for the following languages:
