概述
The Avant PLACE test Writing and Speaking responses are evaluated by Avant Certified Raters using the rubric shown below. Scoring reflects a test taker’s language ability according to Benchmark Levels that are based on national proficiency standards. As shown below, the resulting score can be in the one to seven range, or Not Ratable. Text type is the main criteria for determining Writing and Speaking scores. The scores are available to educators on the Test Results screen (see the Avant PLACE Reporting Guide for more information). Scores are not provided to test takers.

| 5 | 连贯句子：本级别语言的书写/口语样本主要是连贯句子或连接句子，偶尔也有段落结构。通过使用简单的连接或连贯手段，可以看出一些连贯的迹象。 |
| 4 | 句子串/扩展句：这个级别的语言表达主要是以句子串联的形式书写/说出来的，偶尔也有连贯的句子。 |
| 3 | 简单句：这个级别的语言表达主要是以公式句或简单句的形式书写/口头表达的。 |
| 2 | 短语：这个级别的语言表达主要通过短语级别的书写/口语样本来确定。 |
| 1 | 单词：这一等级的语言表达主要通过样本的书写/口语水平（单词/单词表）来确定。偏离主题、包含暴力或不恰当语言或不使用目标语言的答卷也将在此级别评分。 |
